Got water? Oh how we take it for granted. But oh how necessary for life itself. Water. Without it we wither and die. In worship this past weekend, water was the theme that flowed throughout...in our hymns, readings, prayers, etc. Life giving water. Living water. And that Living Water is Jesus himself who came to reconcile us to our Creator, reconcile us to one another, and thereby create a new and special community where people share the grace and mercy of God...God's Living Water. These are the kinds of relationships and this is the kind of community everyone thirsts for. Ahhhh...water. Living water. Are you thirsty? Come, drink freely and live. See you in church. Later this week we remember and stand by the families and friends of Carl Ballerstein whose Memorial Service will be Thursday at 11am and Trudy Schmidt whose Memorial Service will be Friday at 2pm. Please plan to join us as we give thanks for and commend into God's eternal care and keeping these two faithful members of Our Savior. ____________________________________________ FREE MONEY?!
